The celebrated Duck March takes place twice daily at 11 am and 5 pm when the Peabody Ducks walk to and from the fountain in the lobby.

Reservation Policy – to guarantee a reservation with the Peabody a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax or a credit card is needed.

Check-out – 11:00 am
Cancellation – In the event that an individual reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable. If an individual reservation is cancelled with 71 hours of the arrival date or the guest fails to check in on the arrival date, the credit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax or the deposit will be forfeited.
Bicycles can be stored in your guest room or at the bell stand.
The hotel does not offer shuttle service, but below are options for transportation.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO PEABODY
Cooper Express is $20.00 one way or $40.00 round trip with the conference discount (use code APBP – regular price is $32.00 one way).

Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA):
- Memphis International Airport has a public bus stop located in front of Terminal C at the baggage claim level, on outer drive (the third across); look for the MATA City Bus sign overhead.
- MATA Bus #2 (Midtown/Medical District/Downtown) picks up about every 25 minutes Monday through Friday from 6:38 a.m. to 5:16 p.m., and every two hours on Saturdays from 6:54 a.m. to 5:24 p.m. There are no scheduled pickups on Sundays.
- MATA Bus #4 (LeMoyne Owen College/Downtown) picks up about every hour
Monday through Friday from 8:20 a.m. to 10:20 p.m., with one Saturday pickup at 8:08 p.m. There are no scheduled pickups on Sundays.

The Hightailers Bike Club of Memphis offers a free weekly 12 to 16-mile Downtown Bike Ride in conjunction with the Memphis Farmers Market on Saturdays at 9 am from April through October. Click here for more information.

While our vintage electric trolleys are undergoing repairs, visitors are encouraged to hop aboard one of the many Downtown Trolley Shuttle buses that travel throughout Downtown! Main Street Line shuttles travel north and south along the Main Street Mall and operate about every 10-15 minutes.

MADISON LINE – TROLLEY SHUTTLE ROUTE
